ORDERING AND PAYMENT
How do I make an order?
Once you click the “SHOP ONLINE” page you will be guided each step on what to do next. However, if you want to be oriented beforehand, below are the simple steps to take:
- Create an account by clicking at “Register”
- After creating an account, you will be led back to the Online Shopping Homepage. Select a product line (Chemistry Tungsten Rings/ Steel Dogtags/ etc)
- Browse through the photos of the items available.

Add item/s to Shopping Cart.
- If you selected a ring, make sure you identify the ring size. A ring size guide is available for download.
- You may select “View Cart” for you to see the summary of items you selected.
- If you are done with shopping, click “Checkout”.
- Ensure that all personal information required is complete. If items ordered will be sent to another person and address, fill-up the required fields to be asked.
- Choose mode of payment and fill-up required fields.
- Write special instructions/ message to recipient (optional).
How am I sure that my order was received?
Once you confirmed your order, a confirmation via email will be sent to you. The following details will be included: invoice number, item/s you ordered, recipient’s name and address, delivery date, gift card message and other special instructions (optional).
May I send a gift outside the Philippines?
Yes. You may send a gift to a recipient residing in or outside the Philippines.
Our official courier, www.express, will deliver your order if within Philippine territory. Meanwhile, FedEx, will deliver if recipient is outside the Philippines.
Freight charges will apply depending on the distance (Pasig City being the place of origin of the products).
If I am from outside the Philippines, may I also use this online service?
Yes definitely. You may send gifts to your loved one whether they are in the Philippines or another country.
If you are from the Philippines, using this online service will give you the convenience of shopping and saving your precious time to do something else.
How can I pay for my orders?
You may pay for your order through the following ways:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
- Over-the-Counter Bank Payment (BPI, BDO)
SILVERWORKS Online shop OVER THE COUNTER Procedure
3 Step Process:
Step 1: Visit any branch of the following banks that is most convenient to you. Deposit the Required amount into one of the following:
Banco De Oro (BDO)
Account Name: Sterling Warehouse Inc.,
Account Number: #6608-52535
Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI)
Account Name: Sterling Warehouse Inc.,
Account Number: #4021-0047-02
Step 2: Please send a scanned or photograph of your deposit slip via onlineshop@silverworks.ph or fax at 634-0097 together with your name, contact number and order I.D (can be found on your email transaction) put/write as subject ONLINE SHOP.
Step 3: You will receive an online or sms confirmation if your online transaction is processed.
*If none of the given banks is accessible for you email us at onlineshop@silverworks.ph.
Is it safe to pay using my credit card?
Yes it is safe to use your credit card as a mode of payment. Silverworks will not use your personal credit card information for any other purpose.
We partnered with BDO as our payment gateway who is a trusted name in banking and finance in the Philippines and globally.
Are there additional fees?
Shipping fees will be extra costs to be charged. Shipping fee will depend on the size, weight and value of the item and the recipient’s address.
Packaging of item is free of charge.
Will I be charged in pesos or dollars?
If you are using a Philippine-based debit card or credit card, you will be charged in Philippine pesos. For other credit cards, you will be charged in the currency of the country the card came from.
DELIVERY
How long will it take before my order/s will be delivered?
We will give a one-week leadtime at the minimum. This is enough time for credit card payment approval, processing of order and shipping time. If delivery is within the Philippines only, delivery will most likely be earlier.
Can I request item to be delivered on a specific date and time?
You will be asked to indicate your preferred delivery date. This can be assured as long as it is within the one-week leadtime. We are sorry that we cannot promise a specific time of delivery. Our courier has a pre-arranged delivery schedule already per location.
RETURNS
Can I return an item?
An item can be returned depending on the circumstance (e.g. broken when delivered, wrong product). Return can only be made within seven days of receipt of item. You may send the following to onlineshop@silverworks.ph: photo of actual item delivered, invoice number and date of receipt. We will then send you instructions via email.
MISCELLANEOUS
Will the item I ordered be gift-wrapped?
The items will be placed in its appropriate box (e.g. ring box for rings, etc). It will be placed in a paper/ tin packaging that serve as its wrapping. A gift card will also be provided.
